Led the end-to-end redesign of a local clinic’s digital presence, transforming a dated website into a high-trust, mobile-friendly platform that improved discoverability and client experience. Delivered a brand-consistent, fully responsive WordPress site with strong local SEO foundations and self-service capabilities.
The Strategic Challenge
The client needed more than a facelift—they needed to modernize their brand online, better serve current clients, and attract new patients in the highly competitive Omaha–Council Bluffs region. Their existing website was outdated, lacked mobile responsiveness, and was not ranking well for local search. The site also lacked intuitive navigation and failed to reflect the clinic’s professionalism or warmth.

I spearheaded a brand refresh rooted in accessibility, professionalism, and local trust-building. Designed a clean, welcoming interface using Avada on WordPress, aligned with accessibility best practices and local psychological clinic standards.
Key solution elements included:
- Custom homepage design with clinic values and services highlighted up front
- Clear navigation structure based on common user journeys (new client, services, contact)
- Integrated CMS with client-editable backend and flexible templates for future growth
- Online fillable PDF forms for new patient onboarding
- Google Map embed and schema markup to support local discovery
- SEO-optimized page structure, metadata, and service descriptions for top search visibility
- Color palette and imagery tailored to elicit calm, trust, and professionalism
